Celebrating the Art. Continuing the Legacy.

Where Creativity, Education & Community Come Together

Sweet Wishes Sugar Art Show & Convention was created to celebrate the artistry, creativity, education, and friendships that make the sugar arts community so special.

Presented by the Nicholas Lodge Legacy Foundation, Inc., Sweet Wishes brings together cake decorators, sugar artists, instructors, industry professionals, vendors, and enthusiasts from around the world for three days of learning, creating, sharing, and connecting.

At the heart of Sweet Wishes is a simple belief: knowledge is meant to be shared.

Our goal is to create an experience where artists of all skill levels feel welcome—whether you are just beginning your sugar art journey or have been creating for decades. It is a place to learn new techniques, discover new products, be inspired by extraordinary artists, reconnect with old friends, and make new ones.

A Different Kind of Sugar Art Event

Sweet Wishes has been designed as an all-inclusive experience.

Rather than choosing between multiple classes or purchasing individual workshops, registered attendees will rotate through the core classes offered throughout the three-day event. This gives everyone the opportunity to learn from our invited instructors and experience a wide variety of techniques and styles.

Your attendee registration includes the core educational program, admission to the event, and the banquet dinner, along with the many other experiences being planned for Sweet Wishes.

And because we want the event to remain personal and welcoming, attendance will be limited to just 100 registered attendees.

Continuing a Legacy of Sharing

Chef Nicholas Lodge dedicated his career to advancing the art of sugarcraft and, perhaps most importantly, to sharing his knowledge with others. Through decades of teaching, innovation, mentorship, and friendship, his influence reached sugar artists around the world.

The Nicholas Lodge Legacy Foundation was established to preserve and continue that spirit of education and generosity.

Sweet Wishes is one way that legacy moves forward — bringing artists together, creating opportunities to learn and share, and helping inspire the next generation of sugar artists.

Create • Learn • Connect

Those three words represent what Sweet Wishes is all about.

Create something that inspires you.

Learn from artists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge.

Connect with a community brought together by a love of sugar art.

We invite you to join us in Kissimmee, Florida, April 22–24, 2027, as we begin a new tradition and celebrate the creativity, education, friendship, and sharing that keep the art of sugarcraft alive.

Welcome to Sweet Wishes.
