We understand that plans can change.

The following cancellation and refund policies apply to the Sweet Wishes Sugar Art Show & Convention, April 22–24, 2027.

Full-Payment Registration – $750

Attendees who pay the full $750 registration fee at the time of registration are eligible for a full refund if they voluntarily cancel on or before March 15, 2027.

Cancellations received after March 15, 2027, are non-refundable.

Two-Payment Registration Plan – $375 + $375

Voluntary Cancellation Before February 22, 2027

Attendees who have paid the initial $375 installment and voluntarily cancel their active registration on or before February 22, 2027, will receive a full refund of the $375 paid, without penalty, provided the Foundation has not already cancelled their registration for nonpayment.

Final Payment Deadline

The second installment of $375 is due February 15, 2027. A seven-day grace period is provided through February 22, 2027.

Cancellation Due to Nonpayment

If the final payment is not received by February 22, 2027, the Nicholas Lodge Legacy Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the registration and release the reserved attendee space.

Registrations cancelled by the Foundation for nonpayment are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee ($75). The remaining $300 of the initial payment will be refunded.

Once a registration has been cancelled for nonpayment and the applicable refund processed, the registration is closed and is not eligible for any additional refund.

Cancellation After Full Payment

Attendees who complete both $375 installments by February 22, 2027, qualify for the same cancellation and refund policy as full-payment registrations.

Voluntary cancellations received on or before March 15, 2027, are eligible for a full refund of the $750 registration fee.

Cancellations received after March 15, 2027, are non-refundable.

Registration Transfers

Registration transfers are subject to approval by the Nicholas Lodge Legacy Foundation, Inc. Registrations may not be independently resold or transferred without prior authorization.
